Rachel Choppin is an accomplished teacher, human resources consultant and career counselor with 20 years experience in facilitating professional development, management training and legal compliance over three continents. Ms. Choppin is a highly-rated instructor and a frequent speaker and facilitator at corporate retreats and various professional associations. She has successfully hired, coached, trained and transitioned hundreds of professionals both as a corporate executive and a consultant. Ms. Choppin has consulted and conducted training with organizations such as Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Nielsen, Newegg, Ingersoll-Rand, Razor USA, Intercare Therapy, Klune Industries, Medtronic, Advanced Medical Review, the City of Sacramento and the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California.

Dr. Dishon has consulted in companies in business processes, technology and personnel issues for over 25 years. He brings particular skills in organizational dynamics and the application of psychological and business principles to organizational and individual performance. He has been involved in the assessment of individuals for selection, promotion and development, using a variety of psychological assessment methods and instruments.
